You could win this historic, collectible muscle car.
The late 60s and early 70s were a phenomenal time for American muscle cars, yet even in that golden age of muscle the 1969 Hurst/Olds 442 is a real standout. The product of an unprecedented collaboration between Hurst Performance and Oldsmobile, the result was a Cutlass 442 model which is pretty special. A mere 906 of these cars were made, making each one an instant collector’s item. Now is your chance to enter to win the first 1969 Hurst/Olds 442 made, which would really be something to show off anywhere you chose to take it. As a Motorious reader, you qualify for bonus tickets for this giveaway.
Adding further to the desirability of these muscle cars is they’re all slightly different from each other, thanks to Oldsmobile not only including the Hurst conversion package one each one but also allowing buyers to add any parts from the Cutlass 442.
As you can see from the pictures, this ’69 Hurst/Olds is absolutely stunning. That’s thanks to a no-expenses-spared frame-off restoration. Each and every part of this car has been gone over in fine detail. Plus, a fresh application of Cameo White and Hurst Gold with hand-painted black pinstripes add to its authenticity. This concours-level restoration even includes a black grille, dual racing mirrors, factory badges, and the fiberglass hood with functional scoops.
About that ram air hood, the scoops feed an original, numbers-matching W-46 high-output 455ci V8 with 380-horsepower and 500 lb.-ft. of torque. The engine bay is perfect for showing off at the most competitive events. There’s also a Turbo 400 automatic transmission with a Hurst shifter. A Positraction 3.23 rear helps put that power to the road for plenty of get-up-and-go.
The fun doesn’t end there. You get the rumbling of a true dual exhaust. An engine cooler upgrade helps you to really push this 442 without fearing overheating. Power brakes and power steering also make driving this powerful muscle car easy.
If you win this 1969 Hurst/Olds 442, you’ll be getting more than just the car. Dream Giveaway will pay $25,000 towards the taxes so you can just enjoy this amazing machine.
