Hot Wheels and Formula 1 announce a partnership, launching a collector’s die-cast model and expanding their collaboration in 2025.
Hot Wheels and Formula 1® have announced an exciting new partnership, merging two global automotive giants to create a brand-new product line aimed at racing fans and collectors alike. The collaboration kicks off with the release of a limited-edition Formula 1 die-cast model, available now on Mattel Creations.
This exclusive die-cast features a bespoke Hot Wheels racing livery and nods to Hot Wheels' origins with the number 68—representing the year the brand first debuted. Designed for serious collectors, the 1:64 scale model includes Real Rider wheels with interchangeable tires, a full-metal body and chassis, and a new Formula 1 casting. The car also comes in a collector’s clamshell ‘Kar Keepers’ case, offering enthusiasts a premium display experience that reflects the thrill of both Hot Wheels and Formula 1.
