EXOMOD Unveils the 1,000+ HP Midnight Train C68 Carbon

A fusion of classic style and modern power.

In an extraordinary blend of nostalgia and cutting-edge performance, EXOMOD has introduced the “Midnight Train,” a custom creation that redefines automotive innovation. This latest model showcases EXOMOD’s mastery in transforming modern Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcats into widebody 1968 Dodge Chargers, and it’s powered by a formidable Hennessey-enhanced engine.

The “Midnight Train” is a tribute to the iconic Harley-Davidson Night Train motorcycles. The build features a sleek “Black Earth” color scheme, highlighted with Tangerine Kandy carbon fiber accents that echo the Night Train’s distinctive dark aesthetics. The custom touches extend to the interior, where the front bucket seats sport the Harley-Davidson logo, merging classic motorcycle vibes with high-performance car engineering.

EXOMOD has introduced a pioneering Transparent Kandy tinted carbon fiber finish, previously reserved for hypercars. This innovative technique imparts the Midnight Train’s carbon fiber components—such as the Bumblebee stripes, hood scoop, and rear diffuser—with a striking appearance that sets a new standard in automotive customization.

At the core of the “Midnight Train” is a supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI® HELLCAT V8 engine, upgraded by Hennessey Performance Engineering (HPE) to deliver over 1,000 horsepower. The H1000 package includes enhancements such as a new lower pulley, ported supercharger snout, stainless-steel long tube headers, and high-flow catalytic converters. These modifications push the engine’s output to a commanding 1,000 bhp at 6,500 rpm and 948 lb-ft of torque at 4,200 rpm, using 93 octane pump gas.

The construction of the C68 Carbon involves over 1,700 hours of meticulous craftsmanship. The transformation process begins with a 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT HELLCAT Jailbreak, stripped to its safety cage before being reimagined as a widebody 1968 Charger. Despite its extensive modifications, the car retains modern amenities such as airbags, ABS, traction control, and an advanced infotainment system, blending classic styling with contemporary technology.

The “Midnight Train” comes with a $379,000 price tag, reflecting its exceptional craftsmanship and state-of-the-art features. It also maintains the original Dodge OEM powertrain warranty of 5 years/60,000 miles, allowing it to be serviced at any Dodge dealership. For enthusiasts seeking a unique fusion of classic design and modern performance, the “Midnight Train” offers an unparalleled driving experience.
