The J.D. Power IQS rankings are based on data provided by new vehicle owners who have owned their cars for 100 days. It should be noted that some brands may choose not to participate in the study, resulting in an unofficial ranking. However, Stellantis brands have fully embraced the evaluation, with Dodge emerging as the clear leader in the 2023 IQS. This achievement underscores Dodge's unwavering dedication to producing vehicles that align with customer expectations.

Ram, the renowned truck brand under Stellantis, secured the second position in the rankings, surpassing competitors such as Ford, Toyota, GMC, and Chevrolet. The brand's impressive ascent saw it climb 16 places compared to last year, solidifying its reputation for producing high-quality vehicles. This marks the third time since 2020 that Ram has ranked in the top three, reflecting its consistent commitment to meeting customer needs. With the upcoming releases of the Ram Rampage and a midsize truck, Ram continues to demonstrate its dedication to excellence.

Alfa Romeo, the luxury brand within Stellantis, secured the third position in the J.D. Power 2023 IQS rankings. Notably, the brand made a significant leap of 24 places compared to last year. Additionally, it claimed the top spot among all premium brands evaluated in the study. Alfa Romeo's impressive performance highlights its commitment to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Although Jeep did not rank in the top five, the brand exhibited improvement from the previous year. Moving up from 23rd place in 2022, Jeep now sits at 19th place in the 2023 rankings. Notably, the Jeep Gladiator claimed the top position in the midsize truck segment, further emphasizing Stellantis' commitment to continuous improvement across its brands and products.

The outstanding performance of Dodge, Ram, and Alfa Romeo in the J.D. Power IQS study reflects Stellantis' dedication to providing customers with an exceptional ownership experience. The rankings highlight the brands' commitment to producing high-quality vehicles that meet and exceed customer expectations. As Stellantis continues to refine its offerings and enhance its brands, customers can expect an even more exceptional ownership experience in the future.
