While it's commendable that the driver chose the safety of a legitimate drag strip over, say, a bustling Main Street, their capabilities came into question when control of the powerful beast was lost before the finish line. To add salt to the wound, the Mustang GT was already losing ground to its fierce competitor, a seemingly modified Cadillac CTS-V. Before viewers could even process the defeat, in a sudden turn of events, the Mustang veered right, charging past a guardrail, hurdling a grass median, and ultimately colliding with a chain-link fence.
