Visually, this heavy-duty truck is amazingly clean with the factory Garnet Red Metallic paint job looking superb, and the cowl-inducted hood with black racing stripes adds a little attitude. The body work is all straight and the chrome and side moldings are all there, and the interior is in equally impressive condition with no wear showing on the seats, carpet or dash. Keep in mind this is a heavy-duty, three-quarter-ton truck designed to handle abuse; it doesn't appear that this truck endured ANY abuse in its 26 years.
Under the hood, this C2500 is powered by its original 350 CID V8, which should sound pretty mean with the Edelbrock cat-back exhaust system. This truck was upfitted with air lift rear suspension and a trailer brake controller to complement the factory towing package, but with all the add-ons for towing, you wouldn't think this truck has ever towed a thing judging by the excellent condition of the rear bumper and trailer hitch... not a scratch or dent! Even the underside of the truck is solid with a little bit of surface rust on the axles and such, but that is to be expected from a 26-year-old heavy-duty truck from the Rust Belt.
