He has more than 50 cars in his collection, but one holds a special place in his heart.
Through boxing and everyone's favorite counter-top grille, George Forman has had a successful career, and over the years, he has amassed an impressive collection of automobiles. A couple years ago, he was interviewed for In Depth With Graham Bensinger, and the conversation focused on cars.
With more cars than he can count stashed away in more places that he will admit to, Foreman's vast collection includes everything from hot rods to supercars, but as proof that he hasn't lost sight of his past, his favorite car in this collection is a black 1977 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible that he dreamed about owning as a kid. Sitting among all of the high-dollar sports cars, he said this Beetle is the only car he wouldn't sell.
The video doesn't give a complete walk through of this garage, but during a tour with his son, George Foreman IV, it's easy to spot quite a few notable collector and classic cars. Some of the cars that stand out include a Ferrari Testarossa, Lamborghini Diablo, first-gen Dodge Viper and a Saleen Mustang. Foreman has a penchant for Chevrolets – especially Corvettes – and while a gorgeous C2 Corvette can be seen in the background, one of his coolest cars is a C4 Callaway Corvette Convertible.
Other production cars include a Rolls-Royce, Ferrari 360 Spider, Mercedes-Benz G-Class, Tesla Roadster and what appears to be a last-gen (1992-2002) Cadillac Eldorado. There are even a few custom vehicles in the collection like a bright orange pickup that appears to have been chopped and channeled, a couple cool-looking hot rods and the painted-to-match New Beetle and Plymouth Prowler duo.
So with a collection of cars like this, what is George Foreman's daily driver? A pickup truck!
