When it comes to searching for a unique vehicle, Facebook Marketplace is not one to disappoint. With thousands of car listings to browse through, it is fairly common to stumble across something completely unique much like this 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup. Listed at only $7,000 or best offer, forget renting that Cadillac Escalade limousine for your cousin's wedding when this late-'90s Dodge pickup is perfectly capable of the job.
Stretched a full 37-feet, this Dodge limo fit all of our buddies plus all the Bud Light anyone can ask for. Although the pickup features an elongated body and additional weight, no extra axles were installed for support. The body was given a longer bed and cabin, and it all sits on a stretched frame.
A fire extinguisher is mounted near the driver's seat, and a mirror was installed on the ceiling above the passenger seat. In addition, a small bar can be found inside, and it looks like all funds were spent on the ridiculously big stereo system in the back.
An interesting concept but lacking somewhat in the execution department, this Dodge Ram limo looks like it has seen better days. The interior including the headliner and seats all look to be in rough shape and in need of a good scrubbing with some old-fashioned elbow grease.
The ad states that this old pickup limousine is powered by the same 8.0-liter V10 engine it left the factory with. While a V10 limo could be fun, imagine having to drive and park this thing. Maybe it should stick to those country weddings where corn field parking is aplenty. But for $7,000, not sure this redneck limo is worth it. At the same time, how fun would it be to whip this thing around in a large field for some good ole country donuts?
