This truck is sure to go as well as it will show with a powerful engine under the hood. That's where you'll find a 6.2-liter V8 that has been bored and stroked to a displacement of 6.8 liters increasing the engine's output to 485 horsepower (the fender badges suggest this engine is an LSX 454, but these badges were removed after the truck was photographed). This modern powerplant has a vintage look, though, with its orange block and classic "Chevrolet" script on the valve covers.
