This classic Corvette is coming to the market after the seller's husband passed away. Finished in Roman Red with white inserts, this classic Corvette has remained original and in great condition all of these years.
Under the hood sits the original 283-cubic-inch V8 engine fed by the Rochester mechanical fuel injection system from the factory and capable of 290-horsepower. The engine was professionally rebuilt by Engines LTD, Omro, Wisconsin for $7900 and the fuel injection unit was rebuilt by Futo and Son in Scottsdale, AZ for $2540. And the four-speed manual transmission is sporting a refreshed clutch. The inside and outside are said to be all original and in excellent condition, especially for being more than 60 years old.
