Immaculate 1967 Chevy Camaro Z28 Needs A New Home

GAA Classic Cars is auctioning this first-gen f-body off soon!

Representing the first year, of the first generation, of the first ever Camaro is this stunning 1967 Chevy Camaro Z28 from one of the best eras of muscle cars. The iconic first-generation Camaro is one of the most highly-sought after mass produced cars, and the Z28 is an even more desirable trim line. When GAA Classic Cars kicks off their winter auction, this rare beauty will be available to the highest bidder.

Painted in an attention-grabbing Bolero Red paint with white racing stripes, this old school Z28 is going to turn heads wherever it goes. Under the hood rests a rare 302 cubic-inch V8 a limited production engine for this year model Camaro. Inside the 11:1 compression engine is a set of forged pistons, a special solid lifter cam, and the big valve heads have 2.02-inch intake and 1.60-inch exhaust valves. A 780 CFM Holley 4BBL on an aluminum high rise intake manifold top the engine off.

Backing the engine is a Muncie 4-speed transmission, that feeds into a 3.73:1 ratio rear end. A dual exhaust with deep tone mufflers gives this Camaro it's all American muscle car growl. A heavy duty suspension with traction arm help you control it, and it gets stopped power from disc brakes.

This example is 1 of only 84 California Built Z28's, with an Air Pump Emission System and Carburetor 3911. It has also been accepted into the official 1967 Z28 Registry by Jerry MacNeish. It will be crossing the auction block on Saturday during the GAA Classic Cars winter auction, which takes place November 5th-7th.
