This Santana Land Rover has been fully recommissioned, and is headed to auction.
If you’re looking for a unique, but familiar, name plate to add to your vintage off-roading collection, this 1987 Land Rover Santana “110” 2500 DL is ready for your bid. This example is Land Rover Santana’s version of the Land Rover 110, and it is a low-mileage example you can bid on via Fourbie Exchange. Originally a vehicle used on a nut farm in Spain, the imported Land Rover is a fully-capable off-roader.
Finished in Arles Blue with Olympic White accents on the exterior, the interior features Tobacco Brown with Blue piping and stitching throughout. With only 85K miles on the clock, this clean, solid, rust free example has previously been professionally restored, refurbished and reconditioned.
This example began its life in the dry climate of Spain, and the original owner used it on a nut farm since new. In 2021, it was imported into the United States, and retains the original Spanish annual inspection history documenting the mileage and annual inspections dating all the way back since new. When it was imported, the current owner commissioned the restoration and refurbishment.
Powering the imported vintage Land Rover is a 2.5-liter diesel four cylinder engine, which is backed by a five-speed manual transmission. It has a dual range transfer case and the front axle swivel balls were rebuilt along with a long list of maintenance and services that were part of the professional mechanical reconditioning. It rolls on new Toyo Open Country All Terrain tires, and has an Optima Red Top battery. This Santana is for sale on Bring A Trailer here.
