A meticulously maintained 2008 Bugatti Veyron 16.4, one of only 252 produced, will be available at the upcoming Amelia Island auction.
Broad Arrow Auctions, a Hagerty company, will offer a remarkable 2008 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 at its annual Amelia Auction on March 7-8, 2025, at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island. The supercar, estimated between $1.8 million and $2.0 million, stands as a milestone in automotive history with its record-breaking performance and revolutionary engineering.

The Veyron 16.4, first introduced at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show, redefined the limits of production automobiles. It features a titanic 8.0-liter W16 engine delivering 987 horsepower and 922 pound-feet of torque. Capable of reaching a top speed of 253 miles per hour and accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.47 seconds, the Veyron exemplifies the relentless pursuit of performance. Four turbochargers and a complex assembly process, performed by a dedicated team of specialists, underpin its exceptional power output.
The vehicle’s advanced design includes a permanent Haldex all-wheel-drive system, a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, and an elaborate braking system featuring 15.7-inch front and 15-inch rear carbon-ceramic disc brakes. An additional rear air brake enhances deceleration, capable of stopping the car from 60 mph in just 2.2 seconds.

Among the exclusive 252 Veyron 16.4 coupes produced, only 76 were built to U.S. market specifications. The offered example, finished in an elegant Black and White with cream leather interior accented in black piping and carpeting, has a recorded mileage of just 3,756. With a complete provenance including full service history, climate-controlled storage, and a CARFAX report verifying its original titling through Nevada, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, the car remains in near-new condition.
This Bugatti Veyron 16.4, meticulously cared for by collector owners since its release, is a rare opportunity for enthusiasts to acquire a piece of automotive history that forever transformed the supercar landscape.
