1996 Porsche 911 Turbo With Long-Term Ownership At Broad Arrow Auction

A well-preserved 1996 Porsche 911 Turbo with meticulous service history and rare options is set to be auctioned in 2025.

A meticulously maintained 1996 Porsche 911 Turbo, held in single ownership for nearly three decades, is set to cross the auction block at the Porsche Air|Water Auction in 2025 with an estimated value between $255,000 and $275,000.

Widely regarded as the pinnacle of Porsche’s air-cooled era, the 993-generation 911 Turbo features a 3.6-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six engine delivering 400 horsepower to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. Capable of sprinting from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds, the 993 Turbo was hailed by Car and Driver as “the planet’s most eminently practical supercar.”

This particular example, chassis number WP0AC2997TS376003, was originally finished in Polar Silver Metallic over a striking Rubicon supple leather interior. Among its distinctive features is a rarely seen Porsche Exclusive option—a center console-integrated cellular telephone, a $3,134 addition at the time. Other factory upgrades include a remote trunk-mounted CD changer, Digital Sound Package, driver’s-side lumbar support, and custom Porsche-branded floor mats.

Delivered new by Southpointe Motorcars (now Suncoast Porsche) in Florida, the car remained with its original owner from 1996 until 2024, undergoing an impressive 51 documented service visits at the same dealership. The vehicle was acquired by its second owner in early 2024 with 31,154 miles and has since covered just 16 additional miles.

The auction listing confirms the 911 Turbo remains in completely stock condition, offered with a complete set of original books, tools, service records, and a photocopy of its window sticker. With its extensive maintenance history and rare factory options, this well-preserved example stands as a true collector’s item from the final generation of Porsche’s air-cooled turbocharged era.
