Project “Low Touring” is a 1962 Chevy Impala one impressive classic. It’s owned by Brad Nye and built by Jesse Barratt & Jeff Manzella of Blue Sky Performance. It has not been seen or posted on social media, and the exclusive reveal will take place at the 2022 Deuce’s Wild Competition Car Show.
