The Corvette, which was factory-finished in Roman Red, underwent a lacquer repaint in Florida in 1979. It retains its classic styling cues, including a white soft top, full chrome wheel covers, and polished trim along the body. The car rides on 15-inch wheels wrapped in Broadway Classic whitewall tires, adding to its period-correct appeal.

Inside, the cabin features red vinyl upholstery in place of the original black. The dashboard includes a 160-mph speedometer and a 7,000-rpm tachometer, alongside an AM radio and analog clock. While the odometer reads approximately 6,700 miles, the actual mileage is unknown.

Under the hood, the 327ci V8 engine produces 340 horsepower, making it one of the most powerful small-block options available in 1962. It features a four-barrel carburetor, high-lift camshaft, and an “RE” engine suffix consistent with factory specifications. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a four-speed Muncie M21 manual transmission and a 3.36:1 Positraction rear end, enhancing performance and handling.
This Corvette is offered on dealer consignment with an owner’s manual, service records, and a clean Arizona title. With its blend of classic styling and high-revving performance, this 1962 Corvette represents a coveted piece of American sports car history.
