Mitsubishi’s 3000GT took the 1990s import car community by storm but such as the case with most cars of the era, with the exception of the higher-end variants, the power output felt strong but left the driver wanting more. This led to many naturally-aspirated examples being modified from their original specs, making original cars extremely rare and hard to find today.
Powering the sporty front-wheel-drive Japanese car is a powerful and efficient 3.0-liter engine making over 200-horsepower, though a turbocharged variant making over 300-horsepower was optionally available. Automatic and manual transmission options consisted of a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic. It was available as a hardtop convertible “Spyder” body style but most were hatchback coupes. In 1994, the model was redesigned with a well-received facelift that included a new front end, projector-beam headlights, and smoother body-lines.

This two owner example is one of just 9,149 produced in 1995 and may be one of the last low-mileage examples that is still 100-percent original. Under the hood is a naturally-aspirated 3.0-litre V6 engine paired with an automatic transmission. Its original Glacier White Pearl paint, black interior, and 16 inch chrome wheels all appear to be in original factory condition.
