Who will be the lucky new owner of this incredible ‘72 camper van?
The Volkswagen Bus has always been a symbol of freedom and the ability to go anywhere, both in its home nation of Germany and the United States. So many people throughout the past have purchased a vehicle just like this for a variety of uses ranging from road trips to camping; this thing can do it all. With enough space to bring any friends and family you’d want, these vans were capable of tons of group adventures. That immense utility and unique style have made the Volkswagen Bus so iconic in today’s society. If you happen to be one of the special few who can handle this incredible experience, then this is the one for you!
This 1972 Volkswagen Westfalia has more than enough space to seat several passengers comfortably and is still spare. Under the hood of this rust-free vehicle is a 1700cc engine connected to a four-speed manual transmission. The exterior is finished in soothing yellow paint, which fits the overall attitude of this car extremely well. Of course, the interior of this van is very comfortable, with a built-in sink and refrigerator for storing food on the road. The engine has been completely rebuilt, so there should be no doubt of the reliability of this incredible piece of German engineering.
For close-quarters sleeping, the camper top comes in extremely handy as it gives you plenty of space to compensate for the struggles of “van-life.” The interior color is a smooth brown with some yellow seating and well-kept carpets. Braking is handled by a set of power-assisted discs in the front. This car is still running and driving after 49 years of traveling the world. It is a testament to the tremendous German engineering that made it a good choice for automotive enthusiasts everywhere.
